Position Summary: Management of a portfolio of Residential & Commercial landscapes. Route Managers must have a strong work ethic, enjoy interacting with clients and must be a self starter.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn and tree care, pest prevention and install holiday lighting systems
Produce a minimum of $200,000 annually
Achieve sales goals of $100 per week minimum
Ensure team meets sales goals, product usage goal, client retention goal and gross margin goal
Complete paperwork and math error free
Perform calculations used in product usage, area, volume, square feet, etc.
Proficiently read, write and communicate in English
Properly document equipment work orders
Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers
Maintain a clean work environment, job site, truck, trailer and buildings
Safely operate equipment (truck, trailer, aerator, perma green, blower, atv, compressor, etc.)
Qualifications:
Ability to operate, lift, carry, push and pull 20 to 50 pounds of landscape material and equipment
Ability to start and use all power equipment without aid from others
Ability to twist, turn and bend the body frequently
Minimum 1 year experience with chemical and spray applications for lawn and trees
Commercial Applicators License in Ornamental Herbicide, Ornamental Insecticide, Laws and Safety.
Ability to safely operate commercial power equipment and maneuver a truck and trailer to and from jobsite(s).
Possess an Idaho Drivers License and clean driving record
Comply with drug testing policy
Possess a strong attention to detail
Compensation:
$28,000 - $35,000 per year
5 – 7% sales commission

Position Summary: Supervisory position for Route Management Team. Responsible for residential new client sales, retention, client communication, existing client sales, door to door marketing, leads and will assist Route Managers with production as needed.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting assigned Sales Goal with a minimum of $2,500.00 per week and minimum total of annual sales of $100,000.00
Ensure team meets sales goals, product usage goal, client retention goal and gross margin goal
Complete paperwork and math error free
Perform calculations used in product usage, area, volume, square feet, etc.
Proficiently read, write and communicate in English
Responsible for specialty applications, new sale applications and service calls
Assist in training with Route Managers
Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers
Assist in accounts receivable and collections
Assist in supervising holiday lighting crews
Snow and Ice Management
Qualifications:
Experience of 5 – 6 years of lawn and tree care management or lawn care sales
Must be proficient in Microsoft office
Must be able to perform calculations used in product usage, area, volume, square feet, etc.
Commercial Applicators License in Ornamental Herbicide, Ornamental Insecticide, Laws and Safety, Aquatics Pest
Industry Certified Horticultural Technician (PLANET)
Certified Arborist (ISA) designation is a plus
